impressed with central location

i thought the location was excellent with public transport right outside. the general manager mr muktar khan and shift manager mr roshan jiskani were especially helpful. they offered personal guidance, which i found excellent. i would certainly consider staying here again.

i noticed the housekeeping staff didn't replace the water bottle in my room. i reported this to reception, but i did not receive new bottles. this was a noticeable oversight .

The staff were really nice too. Everyone was attentive. I want to thank Mr Chandan and his manager PARTICULARLY. The room amenities were nicely done. It felt spacious and quite comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness.

the breakfast options were somewhat limited. I hope they can expand the variety.
